PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Midlothian, Texas is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Comprehensive Plan and Development Code Services.

Sealed RFQ’s must be submitted in one (1) original, one (1) copy, and three (3) electronic copies in PDF format on a flash drive and shall be delivered to:

RFQ’s must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at which time  the RFQ’s will be publicly opened and acknowledged aloud. RFQ’s received after the opening date and time will not be considered.

The City seeks the services of a professional land planning firm with extensive experience, skill, and success in the development of comprehensive plans, community visioning services, development codes, (zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations, signage, etc.) and similar processes. The selected consultant will be responsible for facilitating the creation of the City’s 2045 Comprehensive Plan and updated Development Codes.
