2. Do I need a permit for a garage sale?

Yes, permits are required and may be purchased at the Community Services Department at the Police Station, 1150 North Highway 67. For more information please call (972) 775-7614.

3. Where do I pay a ticket or fine?

The Municipal Court offices are located at 1150 North Highway 67, Suite 200. For information please contact them at (972) 775-8932.

4. Is there a dump facility in Midlothian?

No, we do not have a dump facility. We do offer two free dump days per year at our Public Works Service Center located at 1050 N. Highway 67. The clean-up days are held in April and November. Please contact Public Works at (972) 775-1083 for additional information.
