775-prefix telephone lines beginning in 7600 at City of Midlothian offices are currently not working. 9-1-1 is FULLY OPERATIONAL. The non-emergency number at the Police Department is also not working at this time. Dispatch for non-emergencies can temporarily be reached at (972) 775-7050. This issue is affecting all Midlothian Police, Fire Department, and the Municiple Court 7600 lines. Please know that we are working to recover full functionality to all phone lines.
