The City of Midlothian Utility Billing Department will be closed Tues., Dec. 13th from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. for staff training. If you need to make a payment, it can be dropped off at the box in City Hall parking lot or at the UB door. Payments can also be made online and by phone using a credit card 24 hours a day by calling 866-907-3821 or @ www.midlothian.tx.us.
