The City of Midlothian Utility Billing Department will be closed for staff training from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thurs., Nov. 3. Payments during that time may be dropped off at the box in the City Hall parking lot or at the Utility Billing Department door. Payments can also be made online and by phone using a credit or debit card 24 hours a day by calling (866) 907-3821.
