[ARCHIVED] REPORT DAMAGE FROM RECENT STORMS

Texas Emergency Management Damage Report Graphic

Governor Greg Abbott has issued a Disaster Declaration consisting of 23 counties, including Ellis County, related to damage caused by this week's severe storms and significant flooding. In order to qualify for FEMA Public Assistance, Ellis County has to reach a threshold of un-insured or under insured damages. If your home or business was affected by the recent storms, be sure to report your damages to Texas Division of Emergency Management (see QR code on flyer).  This does not take the place of filing with insurance or applying for assistance, but it is important to help the state and local emergency management officials identify and gain understanding of damages from the recent storms.

If you know someone who has sustained damages, please share this information with them.
