[ARCHIVED] City Road Rehabilitation Projects Set to Begin

During the next 60 to 90 days, road rehabilitation projects budgeted for 2022 will take place throughout the City of Midlothian, beginning with Waterworks Road. During construction, streets will be open to through traffic, but some traffic interruption will occur. Traffic control signs and flaggers will be in place. The patience and cooperation of motorists is appreciated. 

Road rehabilitation involves constructing and resurfacing the road, which extends the life of the road for five to seven years.

Other city roads slated for rehabilitation are:

  • Crystal Drive
  • Lake Grove Loop
  • McAlpin Road
  • Rolling Wood Lane
  • Sherwood Court 
  • Singleton Road
  • Sudith Lane
  • Sunlit Court
  • Willow Bend Drive
  • Willow Creek Drive
