The Midlothian Market - Organized by Midlothian Downtown Business Association, the outdoor market is open Saturdays through November 26 (some Saturdays excluded) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Heritage Park, 234 N. 8th Street. Find more information about The Midlothian Market.
Summer Beats Concert Series Finale! - Friday, August 19, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Featuring country recording artist and song-writer Amanda Kate Ferris. To be held at Midlothian Community Park, Art Pierard Memorial Amphitheater, 3601 S. 14th Street. Bring chairs and blankets for lawn seating. Food for purchase will be available. Presenting sponsor for this event is Texas Health Hospital Mansfield.
NEW! Community Park Baseball Complex Grand Opening - Saturday, August 27, 9 a.m. to Noon. First-pitch ceremony at 9 a.m. will kick off the community grand opening for Midlothian’s new baseball complex at Midlothian Community Park, 3601 S. 14th Street. The morning will be filled with exhibition games, refreshments, souvenirs, and activities till noon.
NEW! 2nd Annual Heritage Celebration - Saturday, September 10, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Organized by the Downtown Business Association, Chamber of Commerce, and sponsored by Midlothian Community Development Corporation, the event happens on North 8th Street in Downtown Midlothian. Spend the morning learning about our community, non-profit organizations, enjoying a classic car show, Larkin Newton Cabin tours, cornhole, pickleball, a kid zone, AND live music and entertainment all day. A free hamburger lunch will be served at 11 a.m. while supplies last. A 9/11 memorial ceremony will kick off the event at 9:30 a.m. Then, in the afternoon, shop at vendor booths, sip at wineries and a beer stand (tickets required), play lawn games, and enjoy live music all evening. National Night Out Kick-Off, Saturday, September 17, 5:30 to 8 p.m., Midlothian Community Park, 3601 S. 14th Street. Sponsored by Methodist Midlothian Medical Center, National Night Out is an annual community-police partnership. Come out to learn how your neighborhood, church, or organization can participate in the national event that takes place on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, in Midlothian. More information.
