COVID-19 Protocol for City Council and other Public Meetings

For the safety of our citizens, it is encouraged to watch the City Council Meeting to be held Tuesday, March 24, at 6 p.m., online.  Citizens wishing to address City Council, may submit comments on any topic or agenda item by using the online Citizen Participation Form at the link below.

Physical attendance at this meeting will be limited to only one member of the public at a time in order to comply with the State Executive Order to limit gatherings to ten (10) people or less during the COVID-19 outbreak.  Anyone wishing to enter the Council Chambers will be subject to COVID screening questions and having their temperature checked prior to gaining entry.

These procedures will be in place for all public meetings through April 3, 2020, per the Executive Order.

Everyone’s cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
