Print out our 2023 Special Event Calendar for future reference.

Facility Rentals
Park facilities and fields are rented by the hour. Youth sport associations organize recreational leagues throughout the year. City-related functions and registered sport associations have priority use of Midlothian parks and facilities. Sport facilities are available for rental by the general public during off-seasons, subject to availability.
Some parks offer pavilions and other areas that may be rented for private parties.
Facility reservations, field scheduling, and fee payment are online. Cost of the rental can be found in the scheduling system. The CivicRec system requires users to set up an account one time. Call or email us for assistance, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., (972) 775-7777.
