Midlothian Recycles

WC Recycle.png

Congratulations!  The residents of our community are embracing recycling more than ever!  The amount of recycled material collected over the last six months has more than doubled the amount collected the same time period last year.  The Public Works Department tracks the tons of collected recyclables monthly and are pleased to report that 368.06 tons of recyclables were collected since August 2016 compared to last year’s 165.31 tons collected; a 122% increase.  We would like to thank our partners in this effort - Waste Connections for their service and hard work and Keep Midlothian Beautiful for their educational efforts and dedication to our community.  Let’s keep up the good work!
