The City of Midlothian Utility Billing Department will be closed on Tuesday, January 22nd from 10 AM to 1 PM for training. Payments may be processed on our website or 24-hour pay-by-phone system during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Road Closure

Bridge work ahead sign

Mockingbird Road east of Walnut Grove Road will be closed for the widening of the bridge. Traffic control is in place. Rain delays have extended the project and there is currently no set date for the project completion.
