    The Ellis County Commissioner's Court voted in favor of rescinding the burn ban in their meeting held on Friday, December 29, 2017. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, Ellis County is NOT under a burn ban. This includes all unincorporated areas of Ellis County.
